We are proud to share that in 2024, our project The Basil House, developed by the team at Rezos Construction, was awarded in the "Residential Interiors" category at the prestigious BIG SEE Interior Design Awards 2024.
This award marks a special milestone for us—not only as recognition of the project’s quality, but also as an opportunity to be part of the international design community. We were honored to receive the award in person in Ljubljana, Slovenia, among fellow architects, designers, and innovators from across Southeast Europe and beyond.

About The Basil House
The Basil House is a complete renovation of a three-story home, approached with precision and great attention to every detail. One of the key challenges was transforming the attic level into an open terrace with stunning views of Vitosha Mountain—a dream come true for the homeowners.
The result is a bright, elegant, and highly functional living space, tailored to the everyday needs of a family of three. The interior combines modern materials, up-to-date design solutions, and a signature personal style, resulting in a warm and inviting home.
From the textures and color palette to the spatial layout, every element was carefully chosen to reflect our commitment to quality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
